Shoez Rule offers a 10 day return or exchange policy on most products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the products ordered by shipping it back. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If you need to return a product, please Contact Us with the order number, purchaser name, a contact name, number, email and the reason for the return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Returned or exchanged products must be unworn and in new condition. For returns that show signs of use or are missing accessories, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Reconditioned shoes or boots cannot be returned or exchanged, all sales are final.
Once your order has been received by us, we will notify you with a confirmation email and apply a refund via the original payment method. If it was paid via credit card, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be visible in your billing statement.
