All sales are final unless there is an error on our part (you receive an incorrect or defective product). In this case, Contact us with the order number, purchaser name, number, email and the reason for the return. We will review your case and respond quickly with instructions. If you received the wrong product, then we will accept your return as long as the item is not damaged. We will pay the return shipping costs. Once your order has been received by us, we will notify you with a confirmation email and ship you the correct item within 1-3 business days of receipt. If the return is due to a product that has been proven to be defective, then we will notify you with a confirmation email and apply a refund via the original payment method.
